Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 48 hrs of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@livyco.co.za with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you are welcome to return the item(s) in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy once received.

For digital products or items that have already been processed for fulfilment, cancellations may not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request where operationally feasible.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
